Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack with Care
Carefully disassemble the bed frame and place all components, including hardware and instructions, back into the original protective timber packaging.
Schedule Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized furniture courier to collect the items directly from your home at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
After our workshop team inspects the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
